Up and coming.
First in. Forever changed.
We’re new on the block, but we’ve been part of Manchester for years. Our homes are here to stay, promising residents the chance to really make a difference to the place and people they surround themselves with.
As well as bringing new life and vibrancy to Piccadilly East, our residents are one of a kind in themselves.
Authentic to our core.
What’s in a name? Forged in the neighbourhood, we take our name from the city’s glowing industrial heritage.
Sitting on the site of just one of Manchester’s historic railway warehouses, where molten metal was transformed into crucial parts and tracks - we echo that purpose over a hundred years later.
